R. William "Bill" Futch is an attorney with offices located at 2201 SE 30th Avenue in Ocala, Florida. He also acts as Manager/Owner and Corporate Counsel to Marion Lake Sumter Title of Ocala.
Bill has been admitted to practice law in Florida since May 1981, and is also admitted in Texas.
He specializes in Real Estate and Commercial Transactions, Banking and Finance, and Estate Planning and Probate.
Bill is a Member of the Marion County Bar Association, the Florida Bar, the Texas Bar, American Arbitration Association, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Ocala Office Manager/Closer
Born and raised in Ocala, Jennifer is knowledgable in Local and Statewide closing processes. Having many years of experience in the Title Industry, along with years of experience in the Mortgage Industry, Jennifer feels comfortable answering questions and assisting customers throughout the closing process. Beginning her title journey as a receptionist handling order entry and quickly moving into processing, then closings, Jennifer has the experience necessary to help ensure a closing transaction can be smooth and enjoyable for all parties.
Although Jennifer holds her Accounting and Psychology Degrees, she has chosen to stay in the Title Industry where she finds enjoyment in helping buyers, sellers, and realtors get closings "to the table".

As a native of Ocala, Jaime has extensive knowledge of Marion County and the surrounding areas. Jaime has over 15 years’ experience in the title industry. She began her title insurance career as a pre-closing Processor working on Manufactured Homes and not long after that, was moved up to Processor and Branch Trainer. In 2006 Jaime graduated college in the top of her class with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. In that same year, she passed her 4-10 Title Insurance License test to become a Florida Licensed Escrow Officer. With time spent in all areas of the closing process, Jaime has a clear understanding of what is required before, during, and after closing to ensure a pleasant closing experience for all involved.

Aileen moved to Ocala in 2010 from South Florida, she studied Business at Broward College and took an interest in the Title Industry. Aileen has over 10 years of experience in the Real Estate Title Business, and helps Buyers’, Sellers’ and Real Estate Professionals throughout the Settlement Process. She is Bilingual and specializes in translating her closings to benefit her Spanish speaking customers. She is committed to continuously improve her skills and knowledge of the title industry and gives high value to Service Excellence.
Heather is a native to Ocala with extensive knowledge of Marion County, particularly the horse farm community and the Northwest portion of the county. She began her career in title insurance as a pre-closing processor and quickly moved into a closing assistant role within a few months time. Heather has an extensive client care background and strives to ensure that every customer feels welcome and cared for. She looks forward to extending her knowledge and experience in the title industry for many years to come.
Brittany moved to Ocala in 2014 from Martin County, where she was a nursing assistant for five years. She is currently in school pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Paralegal Studies for Property Law. Brittany is the smiling face you’ll see at the front desk when you visit our Ocala Office, where she is hard at work opening files and ordering searches. She is excited to extend her knowledge of the title industry and aims to always provide excellent customer service. When Brittany is not at the office she loves to spend her time with her 8-month-old baby girl.
