Rena has worked in the title industry since 1999. She joins the team with a strong background in commercial real estate. Over the years Rena has worked in many areas of the title business, ranging from conducting title searches, all areas of the closing process and office quality control insuring industry policies and procedures are being met. Not only is Rena a Florida Licensed Title Agent, she also holds a Florida Real Estate License as well. Exceptional customer service is her goal before, during and after the closing on every transaction.

Rosemary comes to the title industry with many years of experience in banking that began at Barnett Bank in Ocala. Her background includes real estate commercial processing, office management and supreme customer service. This knowledge base allows Rosemary to transition to the title industry, which results in a stress free title experience during the closing process. Rosemary is married for 38 years, has two grown children and one grandchild.

Peyton is a recent graduate of the University of North Florida. Her hard earned degree is in Public Relations/Communications which makes her great addition to the team as our Business Development Officer. When not hard at work out in the community representing Marion Lake Sumter Title, LLC in this role she assists the office staff learning new things each day about our great title industry.
